Questions, answered
Do respondents need a Google account?
No. That's the point. Anyone with your NoLoginUpload link (or your embedded form) can fill it in and upload files without signing in to anything.
Where do the files go?
Straight into your own Google Drive. Each response gets its own folder, and files are renamed using your template (for example “Thandi Smith – CV.pdf”). We don't keep a copy.
Do the answers still show up in my Google Form?
Yes. Answers are submitted to your real Google Form, so they appear in its Responses tab and linked Sheet as usual. Upload questions receive a Drive link to the file.
What access do you need to my Google account?
Only your email and Google's “drive.file” permission, which covers the specific forms you pick with Google's file picker and the folders and files NoLoginUpload creates. We can't see the rest of your Drive.
How big can files be?
Up to 25 MB each on Free and up to 1 GB each on Pro and Team. Files count against your own Google Drive storage, not ours.
Can I embed the form on my website?
Yes. Copy a two-line snippet from your dashboard; the embedded form resizes itself to fit. A plain iframe option is available for site builders that block scripts.
How do you prevent abuse?
Every form shows a permanent safety notice, uses Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot checks and rate limits, and forms that ask for passwords or card numbers are refused. Anyone can report a form.
